Cronyism Yet Again In DHS! Insider Lands Expensive Deal To House The Homeless

The long term program to use insiders in DHS and their resources that they were hand selected to receive is showing itself to be as obvious as the noses on their faces.

What is materializing today in DHS is that Pastor Kephyan Sheppard of Word of Life Fellowship on Pierson Blvd appears to be motivated almost exclusively by money.

I’ve been watching closely the shift and transition that’s been happening over the last few years when it comes to Pastor Kephyan Sheppard and his church Word of Life Fellowship.  And what I can tell you with strong confidence is that Pastor Sheppard is about to be granted exclusive rights to large sums of money for playing along with a broader plan.  This money is in return for Pastor Sheppard dutifully playing the role he has been advised years ago to play.

It goes back quite a stretch of time.  I don’t know when Pastor Sheppard first got the keys to the property on Estrella that was his house of worship for many months to years.  But what I do know with strong accuracy is that the city government in DHS namely Scott Matas and some of the city staff were handed down the projected authorized future course of Desert Hot Springs and that course needed players to be involved.  That’s where Pastor Sheppard came in.  Don’t think he’s alone in this because bet your last dollar there are many many more residents in DHS playing roles similar to his to further an agenda with a financial goal in mind.  But back to Pastor Sheppard.

Pastor Sheppard I believe was contacted and offered a lucrative future many months ago for what we are seeing play out today.

As I told you on my internet program called “THE BUILD UP” a weekly show I do on my facebook channel IN Desert Hot Springs, I don’t so much look at the local issues people are griping about although they are important.  What I do look at is the larger picture including international directives that will eventually make their way down to Desert Hot Springs along with Federal mandates, State directives, County grant funding, and regional government chatter that will all lead back and be forced upon Desert Hot Springs.

When you know where we’re going all you have to do is sit back and watch how the actors locally are positioning themselves to get ready for where we’re being taken without our consent.

On my internet show I discussed at length the mixed use development plan that has been adopted and approved by the city of Desert Hot Springs.  It’s called the Vortex plan and I’ve looked it over very closely and it calls for an almost complete redesign of the city of Desert Hot Springs.  This plan would not have been approved if they were not serious about rolling it out on top of us here in DHS.

Here are some pictures of the plan.  The giant structure to the on the street corner will mean demolishion of the entire northeast corner of Palm and Pierson including the hardware store and the new barber shop going in the freshly painted buildings across the street from city hall.

This plan calls for giant apartment buildings poor people will live in and they will work on the ground floor in some sort of social service group day center.  This is the plan for Desert Hot Springs is to steer the citizens into prolonged stays in their city with a reduced need to ever leave.  Sort of like an urban camp.

Where does Pastor Sheppard play in to this?  This program of building thousands of apartments also called mixed use housing needs to have middle processes occur before it can start to develop under shovels.

Again that’s where Pastor Sheppard comes in.  Pastor Sheppard was granted the new Word Of Life Fellowship location on Pierson Blvd pretty much outside the city about a year ago.  This was all a pre-set to realign occupancy of structures in the city linked to him for what is coming in right now.  Pastor Sheppard stands to have a flood of money come towards him very soon over this giant sleeper deal he has made with the city, likely Mayor Scott Matas.

You see Scott Matas is playing everyone who doesn’t know what he’s doing, or who may be just blindly liking or respect him, for a fool.  Scott Matas is fully aware of this International, Federal, State, County and regional government plan to modify our daily lives and create a sort of urban encampment in Desert Hot Springs.  It’s happening in almost all cities near larger urban areas, by the way, so we’re not being single out for this major transformation of DHS.  Scott Matas is diligently beavering away out in the open setting the city of DHS up for this slow conversion that is taking place right in front of our eyes all along Palm and across most of old town Pierson Blvd.

What are Scott Matas along with other council members and city staff doing?  They are on the surface during meetings and in public talking about things that are mostly irrelevant to your life.  Like a grocery store that a fraction of people in DHS will go to.  Like sidewalks on Desert View that a fraction of the city residents will ever use.  Like new playground equipment that a fraction of the residents of Desert Hot Springs will ever go near.

But when they’re not doling out minuscule amounts of information about what’s going on in the city that most people couldn’t care less about they are hard at work lining up the conversion program that they are putting DHS through right now.

During the 2018 election I was aware that we were being set up by Mayor Matas when it came to Pastor Sheppard.  I didn’t know quite what his role would be until this spring.  Pastor Sheppard was a very vocal supporter of the trio on the election card of Matas Gardner and Pye.  This was all a show and a set up.  The elected officials used Pastor Sheppard to gain attention during the campaign and Pastor Sheppard further gained the support back from his vocal endorsement of the candidates now putting this conversion program going on in DHS into higher gear.

You see the city government knows many of the city changing programs that are directed down to and coming to DHS years before they are publicly announced.  Mayor Matas and some city staff meet monthly getting updates on arrival dates for these city transforming programs, project status updates on these modification of daily life programs coming to our city, and what they need to tell the residents in order to hide some of the (would be) more publicly disliked programs, etc.  And what’s most sad is that anyone can know these very same plans for DHS well in advance, it’s all public.  You just have to look for it, it’s all out in the open.

So, well in anticipation of kickoff campaigns to smoothly transition these programs into the public discussion the Mayor and city staff and some council people go out into the community and lay the groundwork ahead of the commencement of the projects to transform the city in a direction most people would oppose if they knew of it.  That’s again where Pastor Sheppard comes in.

Pastor Sheppard has been offered huge sums of money that are to be directed towards his multiple businesses that he has running.   Otherwise Pastor Sheppard would not go along with these programs, in the name of homelessness , that were being set up tens of months ago.  I believe what they call what Pastor Sheppard is engaging in is another round of cronyism.  He has been appointed to an off books position by friends and associates (Mayor Matas and his associates) to a position of authority, without proper regard to his qualifications.  It didn’t matter how good he was as a pastor or what form of Christianity he preached, it was his lack of moral character in my opinion that qualified him to be given this role.

People like him don’t just do things out of the goodness of their heart.  Pastor Sheppard has a tiny following at his church on the outskirts of town so I know he’s not a Pastor because he is saying what common people want to hear.  And what congregation he does have are mostly from the same insider circle of people all aware of the cronyism going on.  So that leaves an obvious financial motivation for Pastor Sheppard for what he’s doing.

Just this week I was told by Council member Russell Betts that the State is forcing Desert Hot Springs to build a homeless shelter.  And Russ Betts told me it was going to go in on Estrella in downtown DHS.

Well wouldn’t you know that the old Word Of Life Fellowship building is located on Estrella in DHS  WOW! WHAT A COINCIDENCE!  And Pastor Sheppard still, last I knew, is holding meal feedings to the poor at that location while he occupies his new building on the outskirts of town.  So the structure is cot and hotplate ready for being converted into a homeless shelter.  We will see if it ends up being the location or not but I think it’s the address intended to be.

So what does this last part mean.  It shows the preparations that were made for the incoming homeless shelter in DHS that were generally made well well well over a year ago.  Pastor Sheppard may not have known and Mayor Matas may not have known but someone not far above them knew and advised the change to happen to set up what’s going on today.  Because these international, federal, state, and local plans are not made to fail.  They are made to succeed and that takes much planning by much higher departments in government many quarters ahead of time to succeed.

Pastor Sheppard was given access to one of the most beautiful churches in Desert Hot Springs not that long ago and we saw his adoration for the Mayor and his hand picked triple win card of candidates all during the election season.

Now comes the $$$$ payback for Pastor Sheppard.  He is about to be handsomely rewarded for his participation and facilitation of the groundwork that has been getting laid by Mayor Matas and the city staff during the last 24+ months.   By the way this is the same motivation we see so many cronies trying to get into local government on a regular basis.  Money from dud projects that only serve to fatten the pockets of the eager local swindlers and the parallel advancement of long term conversions of the city towards a 40,000 residents incorporated slum run by slum lords.

Pastor Sheppard is about to receive thousands upon thousands upon thousands upon thousands upon thousands of dollars to house the homeless in Desert Hot Springs under the new cooling center deal.  And I’m willing to bet that he won’t house but just a few comparatively.  He will reap hoards of cash to house very few homeless compared to the total number of them we have in our city.  One of his churches is way on the outskirts of town where the homeless can’t even get to it.  This was all by design.  Pastor Sheppard knows it.  He’s going around the valley right now looking at facebook almost the entire time showing up to these homeless meetings where dollar motivated homeless shelter parasites ask for money and the bureaucrats in the room discuss how much they are going to delve out of taxpayer funds to the parasites who run non profits connected to homelessness.

I snapped a picture of Pastor Sheppard at the CVAG meeting of the homeless committee in Palm Desert this month and he was on his phone almost the whole time.  In fact the exact moment that I took this picture the panel WAS DISCUSSING HIM AND HIS WORD OF LIFE FELLOWSHIP.  The committee was talking about his exact church when his face was buried in his phone.  It’s NUTS!

Here is the alert and dollar amounts being awarded to the shelters including Pastor Sheppards church from the Desert Sun in which they announce his church is now part of the emergency shelter program.

“Three cities in the western Coachella Valley will open emergency overnight cooling shelters on July 1 for individuals experiencing homelessness, according to county officials.

The summer cooling centers will be located at the Demuth Community Center in Palm Springs and the World of Life Fellowship Center in Desert Hot Springs. County officials declined to release the location of the cooling center in Cathedral City, but they expect to release the information within the week.”

“$200,000 from the state’s homeless emergency aid program would help fund the shelters.”

“The Desert Healthcare District & Foundation also is raising money to support the cooling centers. Its Summer Homeless Survival Fund launched on June 14 and has since raised $9,331, as of Wednesday afternoon.

On Tuesday, the Desert Healthcare District & Foundation voted to match up to $50,000 in donations to the fund.”

“Chris Christensen, the interim CEO of Desert Healthcare District & Foundation, said the fundraiser will continue through the summer. He said he anticipates making periodic payments throughout the summer depending on the shelters’ needs. 

The Desert Healthcare District & Foundation board also approved a $1 million grant on Tuesday to support efforts against homelessness in the valley. The board has not yet approved any specific spending for these funds, Christensen said.”

So there you have the first round of financial incentive being heaped upon the Pastor Sheppard and his businesses.  He was and still is a willing participant in the shuffling of his businesses around to suit and work alongside the larger and most appalling agenda/scam that I have yet to present.

The housing program for the poor that was even mentioned last night at the ad hoc homeless committee meeting held by councilwoman Jan Pye is ready to roll out.  Mayor Matas just went to meet with Governor Newsom over how they were going to roll it out.  It’s been announced that we in Desert Hot Springs are going to be obligated to build over 4 thousand apartments for the poor soon.  That’s why the infrastructure “improvements” are going in now, that’s why the propaganda is rolling out about the cooling centers that very few will attend but Word Of Life will be funded for.  They are basically pimping out homelessness to feed a financial incentive for themselves.  A couple homeless who do attend will be exploited during photo opportunities to further propagandize unknowing individuals who read about them.

Here are the side by side photos of the housing plan in DHS compared to the Vortex plan.  It’s basically the same plan.  Same words, same zoning, same future.  It’s a script they are following.

And the worst part about this is that this whole multi use/mixed use high density housing is all designed to encamp DHS residents later in life.  The properties will all be bought up by them in the meantime through their swindles and you will be left as a renter in their city they will own.  The rents are not going to go down and just the insiders knowing this plan is coming is allowing them to get ahead of the curve and make financial investments in the right places at the right time to capitalize on this coming conversion of DHS.  Don’t think for a minute they are not making investments in important land before the city has to buy it from them at a premium.  They are.

The International groups involved, the federal groups that are involved, the state groups that are involved, the county groups that are involved, the regional government groups that are involved, and the city of DHS groups that are involved all are into exploiting the homeless in order to;

• continue contributing to their own financial gain
• feed their own egos and power trips
• complete the housing build outs ahead of the rapid reduction of available jobs due to robotics and artificial intelligence
• add to their own personal enjoyment knowing they are conning people who are almost completely unaware of the hidden, by the players involved, but are largely public programs rolling out
• position themselves portfolio wise to win long term when values skyrocket

Desert Hot Springs has a lengthy, storied, and documented history of corruption at the top and today we see that absolutely nothing has changed.  The scoundrels running the city are the worst human beings you could ever come across motivated to lie cheat and swindle right under your nose.  They’ve gotten very good at lying over the years and the common people have seemed to get dumber.  That’s an environment primed for corruption and graft.  And that environment also opens the door for new swindlers to come in and join the party to rape Desert Hot Springs in broad daylight thus perpetuating the curse of corruption years down the road more.

I don’t know when or if it will ever stop here but I’m sure going to keep trying to stop it.  Ultimately it’s up the the common people to stand up for themselves against this.  If they ever will remains to be seen but one thing is likely.  There will be punishment in front of the lord for this apostasy that will come down on all these fakes and phonies steering our jewel of a city on the hill that they want to own into ruin.

So to you the business that is called “Word of Life”, when you make a deal with the devil don’t expect to not be called out on it.
