“The NearSky smart city platform allows cities to easily deploy noise sensors to monitor and act on noise levels. The platform’s NearSky 360 edge data processor can be deployed in minutes on any streetlight and provides a convenient mounting point for microphones that can increase situational awareness.”

The time has finally come, it’s here, there’s no more waiting for it.

The City of Desert Hot Springs is now setting us up to spy on our voices right out in public and record our most basic activities in our neighborhoods.

Why?

Because we let them, that’s why.

So why do we let them?

Because they lie to us, that’s why.  They tell us that they are doing improvement projects around Desert Hot Springs that will ‘keep us safe’ or that will ‘save the city money’ and all of that sounds good but do they really have our best interests in mind?

Let’s look at the street lighting project that is going on right now between Two Bunch Palms Drive and Camino Aventura.  The city sold that project to us in the name of ‘keeping us safer.’  There were no street lights on a section of main artery in our city plus there are a lot of people living along that stretch of road that don’t have a platform nearby to mount spy devices on.  That’s where the new street lights being installed come in.  The city needed bases to install the microphones on so they just said it’s for our safety at night and we didn’t ask any questions.

But is that project just a Trojan horse sold as a lie by Mayor Scott Matas really meant to be a delivery box for spying on the residents in our southern neighborhoods like Vista Montana and the Palm Drive Mobile Estates mobile home park?  Don’t know but either way the spy tech is coming with the lights and the Mayor a so called “transportation expert” knows this is coming.

There is no doubt that those new led street lights are going to become spy tools listening to our conversations and recording our locations and even potentially suppressing and limiting our ability to sleep at night.

You see all street lights, even the LED type are made as a base platform for spy tech to snap into and the lights on the poles just have the circuitry to power the led lighting strips inside them.  The dangerous device is plugged in to the top of the lights.  That’s the weapon.  It will spy on you and it will also emit harmful radiation in all directions or focused depending upon how it’s operated.

I’m referring to how the street lights will be CONTROLLED!!!!!  That’s a different thing from the street lights themselves entirely.  This is a picture of what controls standard normal street lights all over the world up until recently and has for years and years.  It’s a simple plug and play device that senses darkness and turns on the lights when it’s dark and turns them off when the sun comes back out.  That’s it.  No spying, no microphone, no cameras just a $10 part.

This is what they look like on top of street lights and have for a very long time.  You can see them all over Desert Hot Springs any street you go down that has street lights.  They are the brains and the switch for the light.  Power is continuously supplied to the sensor and it acts as a gateway for the power to continue on to the light bulb.

Well now the spy tech is gaining a lot of momentum and our city of DHS is taking full advantage of the technology to build the kind of future spy grid that Adolph Hitler would have paid any amount of money to have in Germany in the 1930’s against his enemy which was the people that elected him.  This is the device of today.

Why wouldn’t they spy on us?  Our city and other local governments here in the Coachella Valley told us this was coming.

What is coming to Desert Hot Springs is nothing less than a raping of our 4th Amendment via ‘keeping us safe.’  By the way that’s always how it’s done, they lie to us by triggering our fear mechanism and when they say keep us safe we automatically feel the city improvements are justified.  Just saying ‘keeping us safe’ is all they have to say and then the raping of our rights is approved.  We have a right to privacy in our homes and DHS is going to violate that.

This is exactly what the 4th Amendment to the Constitution says.  “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

That’s going away in Desert Hot Springs very rapidly thanks to our complicit City of Desert Hot Springs.  They love big data collection and the new street lights on Palm will one day provide a ton of it for them.  Data about our habits, our conversation, and our daily routines.  Last year our Mayor Scott Matas announced that a local facility in Desert Hot Springs was awarded the job of centrally collecting the data from all of these devices that are going in all over Desert Hot Springs.

The city of Desert Hot Springs will scoop up billions of bits of real time activity in our neighborhoods without a warrant, basically anywhere there is a street light will be listening devices such as microphones and movement sensors that will identify people walking under the new LED lights.  And the company that makes these spy devices used against us even sells the software for municipalities like Desert Hot Springs to install in their computers to track our noises and movements in real time.

They will know all about you after the lighting systems are installed the entire length of Palm Drive which is a project that is fully funded and ready to go according to Danny Poirras at the City of Desert Hot Springs.

And it gets worse!  The sensors that the City of Desert Hot Springs is going to allow to be installed on the street lights in Desert Hot Springs will show the power that corporations have in terms of control over municipalities that we no longer have.  Remember ‘WE THE PEOPLE?”  The city of DHS threw that idea away a long time ago.  The new sensors that will slowly be installed one light at a time in DHS will have the capability to charge flying Amazon delivery drones. You can see Cimcon’s graphic showing the Amazon Delivery drone recharging capability on the bottom right.

So we will be paying tax money to make Amazon more money by employing flying copters to bring us our packages.  Those flying mini choppers will do the work for longer hours and with less sick days than a person will do so Amazon stands to reap higher profits from the installation of the spy tech drone charging street light sensors coming to DHS in the near future if not already here.

Make no mistake, if the company highlighted in this article Cimcon is not the one to supply the spy devices around our city, there are at least a half a dozen others who will make a device to do it instead.  See this one here from Johnson Controls.
