Man goes into Rite Aid in Desert Hot Springs and wanders around for a while then goes and asks the pharmacy what vaccines are and if he can have a shot. The strange behavior didn’t stop there.
It all started today on Palm Drive around 5 pm when a man was spotted acting very bizarre and doing dance moves while crossing the street at the corner of Palm Dr. and Hacienda. I quickly pulled over to capture the condition he was in to document the downright concern we have as parents in our city because here we had a truly suffering person walking around our town clearly under some sort of heavy influence. He traversed the rite aid parking lot heading towards Rocky’s Pizza when he made an about face turn and wandered into Rite Aid on the corner.
I went inside to find him walking the aisles talking to himself and doing some sort of unusual strut. It’s speculated that he was on some sort of drugs. His face was being hidden by sunglasses but around the sunglasses I could see scabs above his eyes and nose.
See the video and judge for yourself. Desert Hot Springs can be doing a lot better than it is. I pray this man gets the serious help he needs that apparently is not available to him or sought by him.
This is what is walking our store aisles and sidewalks in our streets, angry fighting aged adults who are under control from substances.
I have to say the Pharmacy staff handled themselves very admirably.
