Today the new Electrical conduit was seen laid along Palm Drive between Camino Aventura and Camino Companero on the West Side of the Palm Drive in Desert Hot Springs.
This conduit will carry the current to power the new smart LED lighting that will run up and down Palm Drive from Camino Aventura all the way up to Mission Lakes Blvd.
This is also the same area of Desert Hot Springs that is being called one of the “EARTH” segments of the Vortex Plan. The Vortex Plan is a specific downtown plan that has been adopted by the city of Desert Hot Springs that will replace the current zoning for the properties involved.
This plan is the main driver of infrastructure along Palm Drive and Pierson Blvd, not the number of Deaths from car accidents.
The Vortex Plan is the blueprint for the future development of the city. The deaths that occur on Palm are not the reason for the infrastructure going in in this area. The deaths are merely the cover to build the Vortex Plan. The proof of that is in the vortex plan that was agreed upon long before Pamela Carillo was tragically killed on Palm. Had she been killed over somewhere near Mountain View Rd. it’s highly likely that nothing would have been constructed in her name because that area is just about outside the Vortex Plan zone.
The Vortex Plan zone is where 90 percent of the attention and money will be spent on infrastructure for the foreseeable future.
