A cell tower that has caused some grief for some residents in Desert Hot Springs will get more and more drums added to it over time as more companies lease out space on the pole.
City Employee Danny Poiras was heard telling the CCAC head Michael Picardi at the CCAC meeting on 5/8/19 at the Carl May Center that the cell tower will change in the way it looks right now when more cell phone companies add their antennas onto the pole later on.
If you drive by the tower you can see the openings below the upper drum that will be filled with bolts and wires as the tower accumulates more providers down the road.
So if you don’t like the way it looks now you most certainly won’t like the way it looks later.
